Your interviews stay valid for 2 years after your latest purchase, even if you cancel, and every plan payment or pack moves the date forward. Prices exclude tax.

Questions worth asking

Self-serve means your engineers run the interview on Coderbase with our question library, rubrics and reports. With concierge, one of our senior engineers runs it for you, and your team receives the report the same day. Every paid plan includes both, and you can buy more of either in packs.

A self-serve interview counts as one at any length. A concierge interview counts by its scheduled length: half up to 35 minutes, one up to 65, and one and a half up to 90. Nothing longer than 90 minutes can be booked.

You can't schedule an interview you don't have, so nothing is ever billed by surprise. Buy a pack, or upgrade: an upgrade takes effect straight away and adds the difference between the two plans.

Buy a pack. Packs add interviews to your balance on any plan, Free included, and never change your plan. The more you buy at once, the less each interview costs.

Your interviews stay valid for 2 years after your latest purchase, even if you cancel or move to Free. Every plan payment or pack moves the date forward, for the interviews left from earlier purchases or a free trial too.

Yes. Every new company can run 2 self-serve interviews free for 14 days, no card needed. Evaluating Coderbase for a whole team? Talk to us about a longer trial.

Cancel 24 hours or more before the start and nothing is used. For a concierge interview, a later cancellation or a candidate no-show uses half of it, because the interviewer kept the slot free. A self-serve interview only counts if more than half of it ran. If the failure is ours, nothing is used.

Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep your interviews, content and history.

Yes. Every company has a referral code on its Billing page. When a company signs up with your code and pays for its first plan, you both get credit: $50 each for Starter, $250 for Pro and $500 for Enterprise. Credit pays for plans and packs. Signed up without the code? Tell us and we will link the referral.

We show fixed prices in pounds, euros and US dollars. Stripe can also show an adapted local price at checkout where supported. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which are added where they apply.

If an interview ever disappoints, tell us. We'll put it right with another interview, credit or a refund, no questions asked.

Coderbase is UK GDPR compliant and hosted in the EU, and a DPA is available on every plan.
